I just love love love looking at what you are knitting and reading. I need to get up a post that shows what I am reading and doing. I think I finally am coming out of my blogging fast. I feel a surge of wanting to share again with the blessing from the Lord. Oh it feels good. I will try to get it up in the next couple of days. It is good to be inspired, thank you.
Blessings and ((HUGS))

I'm glad you liked it! I actually finished the hat already. Now I'm on to something else. I just wish I had money right now to buy some more yarn…there's something I really want to make, and I have some of the yarn, but I need just a bit more. Maybe next paycheck. 🙂
I've found that sometimes when I step away from blogging for awhile, I come back with so much to share!

Hi Joy,
I like the color yarn you're using. Perfect for fall!:-)
My husband and I have read Radical, and our Sunday School class is going through it now. It's very convicting and has left most of us feeling like, 'OK what are we going to do with this now'. We can't just read it as just another book and move on. It's left us all doing some real soul searching.
Blessings to you,
Anne ♥

Hi Anne! That's great that your Sunday School class is going through the book. You're so right–you can't just read it and then move on. It demands a life change. That's one of the things I like about it.
Blessings to you also!

Hello there! I found your blog via Ginny's Yarn Along. What a beautiful space. I totally agree that keeping a home is an art!
I love the colour of your yarn. Happy knitting 🙂

I love that color. It reminds me of fall. What pattern are you using? Keep up the good work and if you get stuck on anything let me know and I'd be glad to help you out.
Joy Kincaid says
Thanks, Grace! I'll have to bring the pattern to show you sometime. I'm over halfway done with it now. I'm starting the decrease sequence today! Thanks for the offer of help! 🙂

Great color for a hat. And I have that canning book there are some interesting recipes in there. Not just your run of the mill canning ideas.
Joy Kincaid says
Thanks! I really like the color for fall. The canning book looks really good. It looks like one that would be fun to own someday!

I agree about feeling the desire to knit. I am attempting my first pair of socks. I don't mind DPNs, but sze 1s are so tiny. I have Radical on my Kindle and I need to start it. Happy knitting……

Socks sound fun–size 1 does sound very tiny!
