I was so excited when our daughter found that moth–we had never seen one in person before! 🙂

Smoothies are so helpful for braces! (Healthy, filling, COLD, and no chewing required!)
Crazy busy helps us to really appreciate the quiet times more fully, don't you think?
Hugs,
Carol

I agree about the smoothies! We'll be making lots of those in the months to come, I'm sure. 🙂
Yes, I do appreciate the quiet times so much. As an introvert, I really need those times!

I love peonies, they are my favorite flowers. My son just got his lower braces on and his teeth have been feeling bruised. So we know all about that, plus all of the running. I am sorry to say it doesn't stop when they become teens. Teens need and have more opprotunities to do things which require more running around. God will grant you the strength and endurance to help you get through it. He has for me. Praying for you.

Thanks for the understanding words, Christy! I have to drive 2 hours (one way) for my youngest daughter's ortho appointment tomorrow. I'm thinking positively about all of the one-on-one time we will get while we drive. 🙂

On the up side of that, having your older daughter drive will help her get her hours quickly.

That's a good point!

This post reminds me of me… crazy. busy. Full of fun surprises. Birthday! Turtles fascinate me, too!
I'll be praying for you – for grace. For peace to fill your heart and home!

We sound very similar, Bevy! 🙂 Thank you so much for the prayers!
