What I Wore
Sunday was warmer than it has been, so I ended up wearing short sleeves and sandals–in December! (And I’m finding that when you ask your children to take pictures as you run out the door, sometimes you get interesting results!)
Pink/grey stripe top, denim vest (ebay), grey skirt (thrift store).
Yesterday I had fun styling my daughter’s hair:
Gibson Tuck (of sorts) with a medium Flexi Clip (find one at my Lilla Rose Website):
Drop Bun:
French-braided bun with a large flexi:
Braided Bun with a large flexi:
French Braid ponytail with a small flexi:
French Twist Bun with a large flexi:
Bun with large flexi:
Drop Bun with medium flexi (really should have used a small for this one):
Ponytail with small flexi:
Bun with large flexi:
We wear a Flexi Clip almost every day! All of these styles and sizes of Flexi Clips are available at my Lilla Rose Website. You can also find hair sticks, beautiful beaded headbands, and other hair jewelry there.
Every month, Lilla Rose comes out with a “Flexi of the Month,” and the one for December is this beautiful silver clip with icy beads and bow. These usually sell out pretty quickly, so if you like this one, be sure to order it soon!

Thank you, Jarnette! Blessings to you and your family!
Hmmmm…..I'm wondering If I'm a medium or large now in the clip…..
Did you watch the sizing video here?
http://www.lillarose.biz/ArtfulHomemaking/flexi-sizing-and-styling.html?id=2VwX9avz
I know it's kind of hard to decide at first…I watched the sizing video several times and checked and rechecked my hair quite a few times before I ordered my first Flexi Clip! 🙂
Are you wanting to wear all of your hair up or just part of it? If I make a bun with all of my hair, I use a large. But if I make a french braid on the sides and then make a bun, I can get by with a medium. And if I make a braided bun, I'd really need an extra large. So, a lot of the sizing questions can be answered with how you want to wear your hair when using the clip.
Let me know if I can help you with the sizing!
Very nice outfit! Wow sandles in December how nice!

Hi Christy,
The sizing videos are the best way to find an accurate size. Copy this link and past it in your browser:

Or, if you just look on the main page of my Lilla Rose website, you'll find the sizing videos on the bottom right hand corner:

One key to finding your correct size would be first deciding how you want to wear the clip in your hair. If you would just like to pull back a little hair, you'll want a smaller clip than if you want to wear it in a bun.
I have long (mid-back length) wavy hair, and I use a mini to just pull a few strands back, an extra small for a half-up (just a bit of hair pulled away from my face in the back), and a large for a bun.
But the sizing videos are the most helpful with determining size. Let me know if you have further questions!
I will check the video out and be back after Christmas with some money and get myself one or two.
That sounds great, Christy!
If I have shoulder length wavy hair of medium thickness, what size flexclip would I need?
