Organic Macadamia Nut Oil from Mountain Rose Herbs

I recently received a bottle of Macadamia Nut Oil from Mountain Rose Herbs to review.  This oil is part of their Epicurean Organic Culinary Oils line.  The oil is a beautiful, light champagne color, and it made a delicious dressing for a simple tossed salad.
Here’s the simple recipe I used:
  • 1/2 cup macadamia nut oil
  • 6 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 4 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste (I used Himalayan pink sea salt and some freshly ground black pepper)
Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake well.

This is a very versatile oil, and there are so many different ways you can use it:
