St. Patrick's Day White and Mint Chocolate Popcorn

This is a fun and easy recipe for kids to help make!

  • 1 bag of microwave popcorn or pop your own the old-fashioned way
  • 1 package of white chocolate or almond bark—we used 4 cubes of almond bark
  • 1 bag of chocolate mint M&Ms


  • Pop the popcorn.
  • Melt the white chocolate/almond bark, either on the stove or in the microwave. We just put ours in the microwave this time.
  • Pour the popcorn into a bowl or onto a serving tray. Make sure to remove any unpopped kernels.
  • Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the popcorn and gently toss to coat.
  • Add as many M&Ms as you want!
  • Allow to cool before serving.
