These easy chicken burgers are made with ground chicken, crispy Panko breadcrumbs, and Pepper Jack cheese for an easy, flavorful dinner ready in about 25 minutes.
Add the ground chicken, mayonnaise, ½ cup breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper to a large mixing bowl and mix until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
Form the chicken mixture into four equal-sized balls and place them on a plate or baking sheet.
Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of breadcrumbs onto a plate. Flatten each chicken ball into a patty shape and coat both sides of the patty in the breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil in a large skillet on the stovetop with the burner set to medium or just below medium heat.
Lay the prepared patties carefully in the preheated skillet/oil and cook on one side for 6-7 minutes.
Flip the patties and cook for 2 minutes, cover the skillet with a lid, and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes. Ensure the patties reach an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Lay the Pepperjack cheese slices on the hot burgers until they melt.
Layer the patties on the buns with desired toppings and mayonnaise.
