Juice from one large lime
Instructions
Place the watermelon, water, and sugar in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher.
Stir in the lemon and lime juice.
Serve over Ice and add lemon slices, watermelon slices and optional fresh mint leaves. Enjoy!
Notes
Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days. It will separate but just stir it before you use it.The number of lemons you'll need depends on the size of your lemons. Depending on the size, it can take from 3-5 lemons to get 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice.I highly recommend fresh lemon juice for this recipe rather than bottled lemon juice.
