Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a 9x13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add the asparagus and tomatoes to the sheet pan. Trim the bottom/woody ends of the asparagus if desired. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix with your hands until evenly coated.
Melt the butter in a saucepan on the stove, or in a microwave-safe bowl.
Combine all of the glaze ingredients (melted butter, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, garlic cloves, and red pepper flakes) in a small bowl.
Make room on the baking sheet and add the salmon filets. Ensure the salmon is not placed on top of the vegetables, and that no vegetables are placed on top of the salmon.
Brush the glaze onto each salmon filet, coating the sides as well. If desired, spread any remaining glaze onto the asparagus.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and the asparagus is tender. Switch the oven to broil and leave the salmon in for another 2 minutes, being careful not to burn it.
Remove from the oven and enjoy!
Notes
Bake time may vary depending on the thickness of the salmon filets.
