Ingredients

whole milk
you can also use 2%, almond milk or coconut milk

cup
vanilla Greek yogurt
unsweetened
1/2
cup
pumpkin puree

tablespoons
pure maple syrup
1/2
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1/2
teaspoon
pumpkin pie spice
1
cup
banana
sliced and frozen
1/2
cup
ice
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend on low speed, increasing to high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and blended. This may take 30-60 seconds.
Pour into a glass. Add whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon on top, if desired.
Notes
Tips
Use
frozen banana slices
for the creamiest, thickest smoothie.
Adjust sweetness to taste: add more or less maple syrup depending on your preference.
For a dairy-free option, substitute almond or coconut milk and use a dairy-free yogurt.
