Ingredients

fresh or frozen strawberries
hulled

milk of choice

honey or maple syrup

vanilla extract

chia seeds
Instructions
Add the strawberries, milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a bowl or jar and stir in the chia seeds until evenly combined.
Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours, or until thickened.
Stir before serving and add fresh strawberries on top if desired.

Tips for Success
Stir twice:
Stirring again after a few minutes helps prevent clumping.
Adjust sweetness:
Add more or less honey or maple syrup depending on your strawberries.
Use frozen strawberries:
Frozen berries work just as well as fresh.
Let it chill fully:
The pudding thickens as it sits.
