This summer I reorganized my pantry, and it is so much more efficient!  I love using glass jars to organize things.  My favorite jars are the half-gallon Mason jars.  We use these for our raw milk (we are currently buying Jersey cow milk and goat milk from some friends), I make Kombucha in them, make herb teas in them, and also I love to  use them for storing smaller amounts of grains and other items in the pantry.  They are so simply beautiful and practical, and they can be used and reused in so many ways!  So I was so thrilled to find one box of these jars on the shelf at our local old-fashioned variety store.  And, they happened to be 15% off!
