My husband and I dont use a lot of cash, so we dont often have change, but when we do, we tend to keep anything less than a $5 bill in a piggy bank.

That's great! 😉

I keep a change jar, too. It's amazing how something little can turn into something more. It's nice have the surprise of counting it up and seeing what we've accumulated!
Joy Kincaid says
It's such a simple thing, but so rewarding! Thanks for stopping by, Kristen!

Hello Joy
What a great series this is -so useful informative and very encouraging
Yes we do have a change jar it always amazes me how quickly it adds up -happy for you that you have the blessing of 80 dollars to help with Christmas
I hope your Husband has success in finding a new job very soon and his health issues are improving

Thank you so much for praying, Fiona! That really means a lot to me. I realized the other day that I haven't done an update on Zachary. One day we'll think he's getting better, and then he has a major setback and ends up back on the ventilator. He's still got feeding tubes, but we're so thankful that right now he's off the ventilator. He's also been able to move his arms (previously totally paralyzed), but his legs and feet still have no feeling. They're not sure if he'll be able to walk again, but we're still praying! Blessings to you!♥

I have a penny can and silver change jar!:).the money goes into an account for college for the kids:) unless of course, we might need it for Christmas! Christina
Joy Kincaid says
Great idea to have pennies and silver separated! 🙂

I would save my change if my husband and sons didn't raid my purse for change. :p
Joy Kincaid says
Haha! Yes, that does make it more of a challenge…my five-year-old is the one who likes to raid my change. 🙂
