Something about this ultra-soft, fine-wale corduroy fabric that I got on sale last year just reminds me of fall and Thanksgiving! I used the Gracen skirt pattern again.

    I love the softness of the fabric. I have some beautiful corduroy fabric in my stash that I like so much that I haven't cut into it yet, even though I've had it for several years now. It has a dusty blue background with small pink roses scattered randomly here and there, with green leaves…I hope I can gather up the courage to cut into it this year!

    I am fond of fine-wall corduroy fabric, too. Each year something about fall and Thanksgiving (Pilgrims perhaps) makes me want to sew a new long skirt for the season. I like yours very much.
