Goals for the Week

School Planning at the Lake
Last week was amazingly busy, but this week promises to be even busier! To motivate myself to get going, I decided to share my goals for the coming week.

Marriage:

  • Date with husband.
Mothering:
  • Do something special with each child individually.
Homemaking:
  • Make some more elderberry syrup.
  • Organize one area of the kitchen.
  • Finish sewing one dress for my daughter.
Homeschool:
  • Have art time Monday morning. This is something new I’ve been doing each week with my three younger children, and they all three LOVE it!
Personal:
  • Finish reading one book.
  • Exercise 3 days this week.
  • Be in bed by 11:00 every night.
This Week’s Featured Posts
Once again, Heidi at The J-Crew had the most-clicked post from last week’s link-up! In her Modest Monday post she shares some lovely, feminine Polyvore outfits. I especially love the one below:
Carol at Pur et Simple shares how to print your blog as a PDF using the Print Friendly Chrome extension. Good to know!
And finally, Elizabeth at Elizabeth Mary Online, shared this adorable no-sew fabric bunting:
Also, don’t miss the opportunity to sign up for this amazing homemaking conference! It’s on sale this week, and if you sign up by tomorrow night you get a set of free scripture prints and scripture cards!

  1. thanks so much for the feature! and for hosting a fun link-up 😉 I really enjoy seeing/reading your blog and all the other link-ups.

    Have a great week!

    1. I agree about the cardi. 🙂 How neat that you make elderberry syrup, too! We have our own elderberry bushes that I was able to harvest several bags of berries from this summer. It's fun to make your own "medicine"! 🙂

  2. Thank you so much for featuring my no-sew bunting post! I so enjoy linking up here each week- thank you for hosting such a fun party!

Hope you have a beautiful upcoming week 🙂
