The Money Saving Mom’s Budget Audio Book Review

Crystal Paine’s new book, The Money Saving Mom’s Budget, was such an encouragement to me.  The most memorable quote from the book was this:

“No matter what your financial situation, there is always hope.”

Crystal’s book is full of encouragement for those even in seemingly impossible financial situations.  She gives you the tools to take baby steps toward more financial freedom.
Crystal gets to the very heart of the issue when she begins with time management and clutter.  She says (and rightly so, in my opinion) that chaos and clutter can keep you from reaching financial success.  She then outlines some simple ways to get these areas under control.  I’ve never seen anyone look at it from that angle before.
“Streamline your life and cut the clutter.  You might have great intentions, but if you’re drowning in clutter, it won’t work.”

I was thrilled to be able to review this in audio book format.  It was perfect to be able to knit while listening!  And the downloadable audio version also included some very helpful worksheets.
With hundreds of inspiring “why didn’t I think of that?” TIPS, plus WORKSHEETS, Paine breaks down your goals into easy, manageable steps so you can:
• Achieve a complete financial makeover
• Set up a realistic budget
• Never pay retail
• Slash your grocery bill
• Organize your time & your home
• Use coupons wisely
• Pay with cash only
• Live simply
• Become debt free
• Choose contentment
• Make every dollar count

If you’re in need of some creative budgeting solutions, I would highly recommend The Money Saving Mom’s Budget.
