How to Make Cranberry Orange Cobbler
Here are the step-by-step instructions for making this cranberry orange cobbler.
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2: Add the butter to a cast iron skillet and place it in the oven while the oven preheats and the butter melts. Remove the skillet from the oven and set it aside.

If you don’t have a cast iron skillet, you could also mix the ingredients in a large bowl, and pour the ingredients into a baking dish.

Step 3: Add the flour, ¾ cup sugar, baking powder, milk, orange zest, and orange juice to a large mixing bowl and whisk until smooth (Photos 1-4).

Step 4: Pour the batter into the skillet with the melted butter and smooth out the top (Photo 6).
Step 5: Sprinkle the cranberries evenly over the batter (Photo 7).
Step 6: Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of sugar evenly over the cranberries (Photo 8), and pour the water over everything (Photo 9).
