We finished our ant unit study! Somehow I didn’t load these pictures in the correct order, but here is the inside of the ant lapbooks:

We enjoyed living with these Harvester Ants for over a month!They were fun to watch and feed, and they were a visual illustration of the Proverb pointing to the industrious ant. We read several interesting books from our shelves about ants, and learned many things. There won’t be anymore unit studies for awhile! I’m ready for a break. 🙂
