Diced peaches and sweetened cream cheese combine with a graham cracker base to make a wonderfully refreshing and delicious dessert idea.
Why You’ll Love This Peaches and Cream Parfait
Few things say “summer” like the taste of fresh peaches ripe from the tree! Whenever peaches are ripe, we love to get a big box of them so we can enjoy all the peach desserts. Peach pie with a sourdough pie crust, peach crisp, and peaches and cream are just a few things we love to make with peaches.
This no-bake easy summer dessert is made in under 30 minutes and is absolutely delicious. Layers of graham cracker crust, cream cheese filling, and peaches cooked in a brown sugar, cinnamon and ginger glaze make up these easy parfaits. Garnish with fresh mint or basil from your garden to make these look extra special!
This is such a great recipe for a perfect after-dinner dessert. It’s also a great choice when you have company for a summer dinner party. Like this no-bake cherry cheesecake, this is the type of recipe that everyone loves.
And not only does it taste great—peaches are an excellent source of vitamin C, which is needed for a healthy immune system. So it has a healthy component, too!

- Small saucepan
- Mixing bowls
- Blender or food processor (this is the one I use)

Peaches and Cream Parfait Ingredients
The full ingredient amounts and instructions are found below in the printable recipe card.
Graham Crackers: The graham crackers make for a sweet and crunchy parfait base.
Brown Sugar: Brown sugar is the perfect sweetener in any recipe. This recipe uses light brown sugar in both the graham cracker and the peaches layers.
Butter: The butter helps the graham cracker base stick together and adds a rich buttery flavor to the cooked peaches.
Heavy Cream: The heavy whipping cream makes the cream cheese layer softer and extra creamy.
Cream Cheese: You use cream cheese as the base for the creamy parfait layer.
Powdered Sugar: Powdered sugar is what gives the cream cheese layer that extra-sweet flavor.
Peaches: Fresh peaches are the star of the show with this recipe! Be sure to leave the skin on to get that full natural fruit flavor. During peach season, Azure Standard is a great source of organic peaches!
Cinnamon: Spicy warm cinnamon offsets the sweetness of this recipe. This is my favorite type of cinnamon.
Ginger: Ginger also adds a spicy touch to this parfait.
How to Make Peaches and Cream Parfait
To make the peach layer, cut peaches into small bite-sized pieces. Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add in the peaches and brown sugar, then sprinkle on the cinnamon and ginger. Cook on low heat for about 5 minutes or until the peaches are soft. Transfer to a bowl and set aside. Allow to cool to room temperature.
In a blender or food processor, pulse the graham crackers into crumbs. Add in brown sugar and melted butter. Pulse to combine. Transfer to a small bowl and set aside.
To make the cream cheese layer, add the cream cheese to a mixing bowl and mix on medium speed for one minute. Add in the heavy cream and powdered sugar. Continue to mix the whipped cream cheese mixture for another minute.
Once the peaches have cooled, assemble the parfaits. Place a layer of graham cracker crumbs on the bottom of each parfait glass, then place the cream cheese mixture on top of the graham cracker crumb base. Finally, add a layer of peaches. Repeat.
Optional toppings: Garnish with a bit of mint, basil or extra graham cracker crumbs.
How to Store
You can store your peaches and cream parfait for up to three days in the refrigerator. Just be sure to securely cover with plastic wrap.
The graham cracker layer may get a little soggy, so you could make the layers ahead of time, then refrigerate until ready to assembly the parfaits in serving cups.
