My family has dairy, egg, and gluten food allergies. We recently discovered this way of eating, and I have a ton of apples. I had hoped to make apple pie filling, apple sauce, and apple butter. I wondered if you had a pie filling that could be made in large quantities sort of similar to the Cracker Barrel apples that could be canned and used as a snack or topping for pancakes.
