Colorful March
Flying a kite at the lake after a picnic…
Enjoying the little fire pit in our backyard…
A love note from one of my children…♥
In the midst of all that I have to be thankful for, last night one of the children started throwing up. And right now I feel kind of funny. Praying it isn’t that. My husband just tossed me a little package of Pepto-Bismol tablets. He said it helped him this morning. 🙂
Hi Kate,
Our kids had such a fun time making the window stars! The stars are made with kite paper, which you can find at various natural toy suppliers. I got ours from here:

Thanks so much for your kind comment!
OOoo! I've seen those kind of stars before and I love them!
My kids and I tried to make them with colored tissue paper and they got frustrated very easily. What paper did you use to make them, if it's okay for me to ask? Or maybe you used tissue paper ~ and maybe my kids might not be so frustrated now that a few years have passed!
Love your blog!
Kate
Loving all the bright colours!!!!
Thank you, Tanya!
The colored rice is for Ezra's sensory tub. It's just something to keep him busy while I do school or other things with the older children. He likes to pour it, transfer it to other containers, etc. It was basically free because someone gave us the white rice a couple of years ago!
Thankfully no one else has been sick at this point, and I'm praying it stays that way! 🙂
Lovely pics and so colourful! What are you doing with the rice??
I hope you are not sick and I hope those of you that are sick get better soon!
