More Organization

It seems there is always one more thing to organize.  As I make a place for each item in the kitchen, some things are being stored in the basement.  These shelves house some of my “kitchen overflow” items.  Things like the ice cream maker, canning jars and canner, waffle iron, and even some pumpkins from last fall.
I also recently went through my patterns and set some aside for the garage sale I hope to have this summer, some to sell online, and then neatly organized the ones I am keeping.  The patterns are stored on this shelf, too.  Now I need to go do some sewing.  I have a pile of projects big enough to keep me busy the rest of the year!

  1. Oh, I love organizing things, Sarah! I could spend all day doing it…if I didn't have a few other things to do! 🙂

Thanks so much for your sweet comment! I know it can be overwhelming to have time to comment on all the blogs we read. Your blog is one of my top favorites, as well!

  2. Isn't it a delight to have things all organized, Joy? Even the process is enjoyable!

I haven't commented in awhile, but I have been very much enjoying your posts! Your blog is one of my top favorites to visit. It is always so encouraging and inspiring!

  3. Good luck with the yard sale this summer. I've wanted to host a yard sale for awhile now, but not by myself. I want to do one with a friend 😉 Love and hugs from the ocean shores of California, Heather 🙂

  4. Lisa,

It was so great to hear from you! That was sweet of your husband to build you some shelves…we just had to buy plastic ones, but they work!

    A sewing/gardening-filled spring sounds nice. 🙂

Thanks so much for praying for Noah!

  5. Hi Joy,
I put my kitchen overflow in my basement, too. My sweet hubby built shelves for me to store extra food and other things. And I have a ton of sewing projects waiting for me. I am really looking forward to a sewing/gardening-filled spring. 🙂
    Many blessings,
    Lisa
PS We have put Noah on our family prayer list. And I have subscribed to his mom's blog to keep myself updated.
