How to Make This Frosted Lemonade Recipe

Here are the step-by-step instructions for making this frosted lemonade recipe.

Step 1: To make one serving at a time: In a blender, combine 2 cups of ice cream and 1 cup of lemonade. Blend until smooth.

Step 2: Follow the instructions in step 1 to make two more servings. If you have a larger blender, you may be able to blend more ingredients at one time.

Step 3: Serve immediately and enjoy!

How To Make With Optional Homemade Lemonade

If you decide to make this recipe with homemade lemonade, follow these instructions. First, juice the lemons. It may take 6-10 lemons to get 1 cup of juice (depending on the size of the lemons).

Mix the lemon juice and the sugar together until the sugar dissolves.

Add the water to the lemon-sugar mixture. 

Then add this homemade lemonade to a blender with the ice cream, blend until smooth, and serve.

How to Store

This recipe is best consumed right after making it as it doesn’t store very well.

Tips

  • This copycat recipe is easy to scale up or down. If you only want to make one serving,  just use 2 cups of ice cream and 1 cup of lemonade.
